Restorative Retreat Fees
| Introductory Retreat: |
$175 Minimum stay of 1 night. For first-time guests at Healing Soup, a restorative day/night of lodging, meals and a spiritual direction meeting with Joan, scheduled before arrival. Guests may join the one hour silent meditation 4-5 pm on Mon-Wed-Fri if desired. |

| Silent Retreat: |
$200 Minimum stay of 2 nights. For those seeking rest and restoration of their core rhythm, Joan will provide orientation and three meals to be eaten when and where guest chooses. The guest will have the living-dining room and upstairs bedrooms/bath to themselves; a separate entrance with key, and are welcome to the kitchen, books and art supplies. Guests may join in the one hour silent meditation 4-5 pm on Mon-Wed-Friday if desired. |
| Guided Retreat: |
$275 Minimum stay of 40hrs. For those seeking both restorative rest and spiritual discernment with a spiritual guide and pastor, Joan will be available for one or two meetings over a meal or at separately scheduled times. Guests are welcome to join in the one hour silent meditation 4-5 p.m. Mon-Wed-Fri if desired. |

Confirm dates first with Joan by phone or email. All retreats include lodging, meals and 7% Maine sales tax. Deposit nonrefundable. |
Lodging: You will have your own room with a comfortable reading chair and space for your spiritual practice. Choose between twin or double beds, a spacious or tiny room. More than one guest is not usually scheduled at the same time, unless coming as part of a couple or group. Guests have exclusive use of living room, dining room and back garden.
Meals: All meals and snacks are provided with reasonable accommodations for food sensitivities.
Breakfast: Homemade granola, yogurt/milk, fresh fruit/good bread/hardboiled eggs, coffee/tea. Coffee and breakfast set out by 7 a.m.
Lunch: Soup and/or Sandwich makings, fresh fruit and portable dessert, set out by noon, and suitable to be packed as a picnic if desired.
Dinner: A homecooked meal available at the time agreed upon with guest (Usually 6 p.m.) Can be a combination of vegetarian, seafood, meat or poultry. Specialty menus that are gluten, dairy or sugar free can be accommodated with advance planning. If guest has registered for a Guided Retreat, Joan will be available to share meals as requested.
